The staff was helpful? they kindly offered breakfast daily even though i had not booked it. the transfer service i used was convenient and efficient. i loved the peaceful atmosphere of this riad. Its location was safe, and main attractions were a short walk away.
The check-in process was unclear, and i waited half an hour before someone acknowledged me. the rooms were noisy, as soundproofing was inadequate. I heard people walking outside at night. towels in the bathroom were old and worn.

Wonderful Stay in Charming Location

I am charmed by this riad. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop was very relaxing and has great food options. The terrace provides amazing views. My spacious room includes a large bottle of water.
The riad advertise soundproof rooms, it wasn't truth. Morning calls to prayer between 5 AM and 7 AM was disturbing. I heard noise from the hall often. Old towels in the bathroom require change.

I received a warm welcome. Hamza and Ismail assisted me, they helped me navigate the riad and the city. They even arranged an early breakfast and hammam for me on short notice. The riad and rooms were nicely decorated, clean and comfy.
The towels felt a bit old.
